The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"indent\">According to Microsoft, you could fix it as follows:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"indent\"><u>RESOLUTION<br \/>\n<\/u>To resolve this problem, follow these steps after you install Windows Server 2003 SP2:1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.<br \/>\n2. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER.<br \/>\n<strong>lodctr \/T:TermService<br \/>\n<\/strong>Note This command will modify the size and the date that are stored in the registry for the Perfts.dll file.<br \/>\n3.
